AIDS Memorial Quilt on display October 11-13 1996 on the National Mall in Washington D.C. Let us never forget.

The image shows the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt on display on the National Mall in Washington D.C. in October 1996. This particular display, from October 11-13, 1996, was the last time the entire quilt was shown in its entirety, covering the vast expanse of the National Mall from the Washington Monument towards the U.S. Capitol. It featured over 40,000 panels and drew approximately 1.2 million visitors.

I'm gonna need you to justify censoring my personal moderation list for ableists TWICE now. After you broke your own policy to nuke it once, then replaced it without explanation, then sent me another alleged violation notice. How is not wanting to deal with ableism so offensive to you? Who keeps making these punitive decisions without any communication from a human?

I am appealing on behalf of all my lists you have unfairly censored on my account fallonturing, including the ableism one which I thought I'd censored enough on my end for you to approve of. I've now removed all profanity. Is that good enough?

I just don't understand what you want here. I thought you wanted community moderation. that means letting users make judgmwnt calls based on personal opinion. What is your standard of evidence for unsupported claims? Should I start keeping a spreadsheet? Does that seem like a fair standard to apply to regular users?

Excavate Glass, ceramic bits, pillows 2025

Tips for being good disability advocate 1. Listen to Disabled/Chronically ill people 2. Do not project your own ideas or beliefs you have about disabled people as a whole onto anyone. They're likely wrong everyone is unique 3. Treat disabled/chronically ill people the way they want to be treated

Why do many disabled people urge you to wear a mask? Because we know how the system works. Viruses can disable you and once you become disabled, doctors won't listen to you, you'll have to fight to receive any assistance, and you'll get denied over and over again. We want you to mask to spare that.
