Did Nasal irrigation tonight and my eustachian tubes briefly were opened after lately being locked up tight. Then sealed right back shut smelling the fragrances in this place. 😭😞 I am doing Flonase, hot showers, inhalers, nasal irrigation, staying hydrated, I don't know what else I can do. -

Realized today that the chemical in the air from the HVAC in my house had gotten into my car as well. It sat right outside the door and had opened the windows with fans pointing right at it. 🤦 So I washed it and vaccumed it and it become a bit more tolerable.

HEALTH UPDATE : Doctor said definitely still have bronchitis, hemorrhage in my ear from the steroid injections I had in them few weeks ago for ear eczema. Also, likely have thrush now too from all the prednisone and antibiotics. So now taking antifungal too. He also prescribed a nebulizer.
