While Bluesky is better than X, that's a low bar, and Elon has set the tone for what techbros can get away with in the space. Looking for an indie action adventure game to play released in 2026? Consider your options:

World Map:
Fuck's Quest II: ✅Has a map accessible at any time.
Mina the Hollower: ❌Would greatly benefit from a more detailed map for the player to reference.

Enemies:
Fuck's Quest II: ✅Scale as the game progresses. Plenty of places to relax. Difficult areas easy to determine and avoid if needed.
Mina the Hollower: ❌All enemies have a large amount of health and deal a lot of damage even when fully upgraded. Almost no safe areas.

Expectations vs Reality:
Fuck's Quest II: ✅Looks like a game that would be good for one or two laughs but plays surprisingly well.
Mina the Hollower: ❌Advertising does a poor job of setting expectations for how difficult the game is and how the game actually plays.

... That being said, I do prefer options that tend to put Grunty Industries out-of-logic because that level really is a gigantic maze. It does interesting stuff, but the amount of timed, nested steps to get to each check is insane.

I can have 3 KOs on screen when I lose and the "get 2 KOs in one match" mission wont count and my mission for 5 KOs today goes up by one. The game is 7 years old and still getting updates and promotions; this should've been clarified or fixed with better wording in game by now.
