If ashli babbitt's family can get $5 million after she literally broke into the Capitol to overturn an election, Renee Good's family should get at least triple that for ICE agents murdering her in the damn street.

DoorDash spent $1.4M trying to stop Zohran Mamdani from becoming mayor. This week's historic $131.5M enforcement action against DoorDash for underpaying NYC delivery workers shows why. Yet another reminder that the only thing that can beat organized money is organized people.

In a wage-theft settlement, DoorDash now has to pay its workers around 100 times what it spent trying to beat Zohran Mam

If the media is gonna flip and start telling the truth, they better time it right. Too early and they'll get smacked down by corporate and the message will revert to the state-line propaganda early enough for the undecided voters to forget what's important.

Your annual reminder of what REALLY happened: Donald Trump went on WWOR Radio on 9/11/01--yes, that very day--to say that with the collapse of the Twin Towers, he now had the tallest building in New York. Which was a good preview of things to come, in that it was both disgusting and a lie.

The thing that's missing over there is the part that's targeted younger. Spreading the books we won't read anymore over 7 school years and having the age range of the books scale over time was a great move. The first scholomance book isn't quite fodder for a 9-year old.

Having bought two EVs and a hybrid, I think a big part of America’s sloth in adopt adopting EVs is car dealerships’ management being heavily Republican, and having a business model that relies on repairs that EV‘s don’t need.
