highly recommend pretty much any of the paleterías around Indy (La Michoacana on Lafayette Rd is our fav), which are locally-owned, have excellent ice cream, *and* aren't owned by racist white ladies

My genuine answer: because the underlying rules are unjust. We have an economic system that relies on people coming here. We then penalize people who do. My ancestors, like most white Americans, came here under far looser (or in many cases, absolutely no) restrictions.
