Forgive a bit of bragging, but Bastion has been working with its clients on one hell of a run of games these past couple of months 💪

The Rest is Entertainment should really be called The Rest is TV & Film because that pod is not interested at all in engaging with games in any meaningful way

My wife and I are moving into our first home soon, and have been ready to exchange for three weeks now. It's a very short chain and overall we've been lucky with how smoothly things have gone, but the waiting game is so frustrating

Obsession with box office numbers is how we end up with fewer films like Digger. Like it or not it's a big expensive creative swing. I don't give a shit how much money it does or doesn't make

010

Ben Skipper @bskipper.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Digger is not going to be to everyone's taste but it won me over. It's relentlessly high energy, which does wear a bit thin, but overall it worked for me. I think that's entirely down to the twist, as I really don't think I'd have liked it otherwise

Go on then, my nine games straight off the dome #My9Games my9games.net/en/share/b66...

A list of my nine favourite games, admittedly off the top of my dome. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, GTA Vice City, Journey, What Remains of Edith Finch, Burnout 3: Takedown, Super Mario 64, Pokémon Red, Shadow of the Colossus and Portal 2. I definitely missed at least one...

Very telling that the BBC coverage this morning was focused on Farage's aides stepping down and being filmed, not Farage himself (who is very much in the video and aware of everything going on)

There can now be no question over what the best Bond game is. 007 First Light streamlines Hitman's smart design into a blockbuster adventure worthy of the Bond name. Could (and already have) spend hours pootling around each exotic location and Q lab, soaking in every detail. Absolutely loved it.

007 First Light is less cerebral and replayable than developer IO Interactive's World of Assassination trilogy, but it makes up for that with excellent fistfights and oodles of charm. Our review: www.eurogamer.net/007-first-li...
