‼️New Pub: first reported case of disseminated Toxo + HLH w/ TIL tx. This was unexpected and our pathology team helped make diagnosis by catching parasites on BMBx (pics included!). And a case of questionable sulfa allergy negatively impacting ppx strategy journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/...
