Dear ex-Twitter friends. I know, Twitter/X is an immoral hellhole, and Elon Musk has despicable political ideas. I agree. But the fight is over there. And I just wanted to share that you are missing out on the return of Hunter Biden on X, who is now leading the charge against MAGA, Trump, and Musk.

Fantastic news, throwing phones away when the battery dies is quite ridiculous. We don't need super thin phones, we need phones we can repair.

Indeed. Pay attention. This is very possible. It is somewhat like the owners of a bankrupt company asset stripping and looting it just before it goes down.

David Duchovny played a transgender woman, Denise, on Twin Peaks in 1990 and when greeting Cooper, the show's protagonist, she says, "I prefer Denise, if you don't mind" and Cooper responds with "OK" and her identity is settled within a couple seconds and was a non-issue, 36 years ago.

Let's be absolutely clear. Whether Donald Trump is currently suffering from cognitive decline, a loss of mental capacity, dementia or any other mental or physical disorder, he was NEVER, at any point, fit to be president of the United States.

Some countries are better positioned to weather this energy crisis than they would have been just a few years ago. That's because of the rapid growth of renewable energy, battery systems and electric vehicles. @npr.org interviewed me for this excellent piece: www.npr.org/2026/03/16/n...

Oil and gas prices are soaring. Some countries are ready with solar panels and EVs
As an energy crisis grows, some countries are more prepared because of renewable energy and electric vehicles. Pakistan reduced its reliance on imported natural gas because of the growth of solar.

The paradox is that we should not have allowed free speech for those who oppose it. Worse, exactly that same argument they use against us to limit our speech. The solution is to acknowledge that free speech should not be entirely free. Like any freedom, it needs protection (=less freedom).

In the end, it is not weapons that decide a war (it turns out good engineers can nowadays develop them relatively quickly). It is also not how many people you have in your military (weapons are way more important). The most important thing in deciding a war is if you can endure it economically.
