My knee brace has absolutely saved my work conditioning program from having to be reworked to salvage my knee (I looked like a baby deer on the elliptical and felt like my leg was gonna just spontaneously disassemble itself). It’s better quality than any other brace I’ve had AND it’s cute.

My bravest little baby helped save another life last night. She’s officially donated 4 units of blood since joining the blood donor pool.

My biggest advice for youngsters: take pictures of the places that matter to you. Your home, your bedroom, your classrooms, the stores you frequent, etc. You'll probably have plenty of pictures of the people in your life, but the spaces change and disappear, and they're a wonder to revisit.

Nothing is more infuriating than going to a doctor’s appointment for worsening fatigue and being unrouseable when I’m asleep and being told that it clearly must be sleep apnea (sleep doc doubts it), poor sleep hygiene (?), or psychiatric (bc I have hypnogogic hallucinations) while being talked over.

Beyond salisbury steak gives me life. 4 Beyond burgers 16 oz sliced mushrooms 1 cup frozen spinach 1 packet mushroom gravy Egg noodles Cook 🍔 on med heat until ~145F then add in 🍄‍🟫 until burgers complete. Make gravy packet, add w/ spinach when 🍄‍🟫 cooked. Serve over egg noodles once gravy bubbly

Beyond Salisbury steak - a single Beyond burger stacked with sautéed baby bella mushrooms and chopped spinach in a mushroom gravy - is plated over a bed of wide egg noodles served in a white square bowl with a rainbow fork sticking out of it. For some reason, I've been hearing lack of sleep positioned as a bad habit or choice irresponsible people just don't realize causes long term harm.
