Also, while we are on the subject, historically, #witchhunts targeted the disenfranchised in history. Women, the very poor, the disabled, the elderly, the social outcast. Vulnerable populations were who, the majority of the time, got accused of witchcraft. 1/

62k words in my Apothecaria game. I'm only a season and a few weeks in. I'm so proud of this. I wrote it all *for me*, without concern for quality or others taste. I think its some of my best writing. I love journaling games. I'm eventually going to make a pretty zine of it, but that'll be a while.

I think there's a possible reality where AO3 writers initiate a class action against various AI companies (cause there's no way it wasn't scraped to hell). And folks will have to choose between getting restitution but losing anonymity, or vice versa. I have no idea what I'd choose...

Once took a new medication that had me up about 4 days straight (it still causes gnarly insomnia if I forget a few days). You get dangerous that tired. You'd do anything to just...not exist. And it's not the feeling of being tired, it's the wanting to escape your own mind.

One of my best TTRPG experiences I was wildly uncomfortable the whole time (my fault) and it marked a long moment of self reflection that helped me grow. Horror in general is great for increasing that discomfort capacity.

One of the hardest things to teach as a therapist is finding the line between discomfort (things we may not like but aren’t hurting) and harm. Especially because a traumatized neurosystem is either over-sensitive and treats everything as harm, or under sensitive and treats harm as nothing.
