I’m going to do this backwards and point out a historical detail they got right. In The Sapphires, the band at the end of the tour has a Baritone Sax. Some brilliant person knew that a Bari Sax in the 1960’s would only have a low Bb, not a low A like most modern Bari’s. THANK YOU, WHOEVER YOU ARE!

My wife and I drove up to the Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway this past Tuesday. People were standing around taking pictures of a black bear in a tree in the parking lot. It was shaking a limb around and eating something it found there, ignoring the crowd. Very cool state!
