Are the Democrats in Congress supposed to yell louder? They didn’t even have enough power to get a plaque hung. If they want them to stop Trump, elect more of them. Which means actually voting. And actually voting for Democrats. I don’t understand why this is such a hard concept for some people.

Guys, There aren’t enough Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives to either pass a single bill or prevent one from being passed. There aren’t enough of them in the Senate to pass anything. They have almost no power. EVERY policy made since 1/20/25 has been made by Trump and his party.

Worth emphasizing that there are several layers of nuts here. If Smith had gone to an NBA game in Atlanta, that wouldn’t indicate he’d met with Willis. (Why would anyone go to the trouble, rather than just having a phone call?) And if he had met with Willis… that wouldn’t be any sort of scandal.
