Are those in Green that oppose it actually opposing the proposal or the wording/necessity of the proposal? Personally, whilst I understand the sentiment, I think the proposal was unnecessary and gave ammunition to the likes of LFoI who deliberately conflate anti semitism and anti-genocide

Just for you, I did a quick Google check. As you'll see, the two main complainants are members of Labour Friends of Israel. Both received trips paid by LFOI (Tapp 2023, Seward's Jan 2026). I'd suggest there is a conflict on interests on behalf of a country killing children. I guess you'll disagree
