A council that represents everyone but has a hard time getting working together and stuff done is better than a government that represents just a few council and gets things done easily. BUT we have to keep working towards a fully representative council that is ALSO able to work together.

I should include a disaster/emergency use clause. If that big earthquake hits, the Moda should be able to be used however the city/Red Cross/FEMA sees fit - no questions asked.

1. They have honor the full amount of the contract. 2. Determine what a “fair” contract should have been when he was playing on the min deal, and make that the financial penalty MIL has to pay to charity. 3. GTJr also has to give 50% of his new deal to charity. That’s how I’d handle it.
