Hey all. I know it’s been a while since we’ve updated. Once we knew we weren’t leaving when we wanted, we kinda put the whole thing down for a minute. Wifey posted an update, so I wanted to share it here too. Thank you again for everyone’s support 💜🙏🏽🫂

Text: After breaking down on 95, the car is unusable until the necessary repairs are made. Sadly, we have had to postpone our move because until this is sorted we are stuck. So we had to temporarily extend our lease through the summer, which means our rent is now higher than it was previously. Since we are without any transportation we have had to rely on taking the bus (when possible), having things delivered (expensive), and walking to some places. Walking a lot has caused significant flare ups for Breann and an increase in their chronic pain. Everything has us both feeling stressed out, dejected, and uncertain of what our future will hold. Any help, whether it be donating or sharing, would be appreciated.

yes! heat makes bleach process a lot faster and your scalp is hot. so if you do your roots first they will come out MUCH lighter and you’re more prone to breakage if you over process

you can do it!! just make sure with the bleach to do roots last and don’t let it over process and you’re good. the bleach is the harder part, once you do that the purple is easy af and hard to mess up if bleaching was decent :))

If you want to distinguish between those scarier early days and now, you can say "early on in the pandemic" or "the early days of the pandemic" or "pre-vaccine covid", etc. For spice, I like to go with "back when everyone was still taking it seriously", myself.

also last week (while still recovering from the above) i subloxed both my knee & my shoulder so i used ktape in both places for stabilization (which ive done on my knee before). well apparently my shoulder/chest didn’t like it bc i had a reaction & it ripped a bunch of skin off which will also scar🫠

so this was a really bad uti that required iv antibiotics at the er as well as a script for home. the antibiotics gave me a yeast infection. the rash on my arm was contact dermatitis (ty ehlers danios/ mcas) which is mostly cleared up except i keep picking at it sooo now i have scabs that will scar.
