Sisyphus, Unfortunately

                        a piano uphill,             They push

                        Sisyphus with better hats.

            But the piano disagrees.

Left, they push.                         Right, it rolls.
                         A duet in gravity.
                                                 Laurel slips;                                                 Hardy follows—
                        entropy in bowlers.

            (a pause)

                        At the summit,                                     they breathe.

                        The piano rolls
                                    back down.

                        Again, says Laurel.

            Below, Sisyphus                         checks his watch,
                                    sees the piano coming –

                                                            and ducks.
