So I checked the guide and 3DS Firmware version 11.17 is hackable, but the process needs to be perfect or it bricks. Meanwhile I completely unplugged my 3DS from Nintendo's servers, not like I have any reason to ever log back in. I don't even remember my NNID Password.

So turns out 2ship was not even made by the Harbour Masters, but by a third party, but the project had a hostile takeover by HM and they apparently banned the original devs from the HM server for opposing how HM was handling everything and AI. These people are genuinely awful jesus fucking christ.
