This.
3 panel cartoon showing two people talking.
First panel. First person says "Your problem is you are so anti-car!" Second person says "No, I'm not.
Second panel. First person says "You are. You hate cars!. Second person says "I don't. I just hate road accidents, road deaths, death and ill health caused by pollution, congestion, inadequate public transport, paved front gardens, pavement parking, car-dominated development and urban sprawl."
Third panel. First person says "Exactly. All of which are caused by cars." Second person says "You said it!".

This has got to be unpleasant for the assorted paralegals and contractors from LawInOrder who push trolleys of files around this intersection (NSW district court on one side, Federal catti-corner). Not to mention barristers with suitcases. And me.

Blacktown Council states their 218 toilets cost > $15 million annually, six staff and three vehicles. ie. >$68,800/toilet/year. But good public toilets could help grow the economy. Decent and accessible toilets help attract more people to a local area, activating spaces and building community.
