I’m attempting to make ✨black garlic✨ from regular sized bulbs @alexwalker.bsky.social and I recently harvested.
We’ll see how it went in about 3 weeks
For scale, the “small” bulb in picture 1 is a normal sized garlic. The monster to its left is about the size of my fist 🧄
