Today would be a particularly great, long overdue day for the Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin - Madison to get up in front of microphones & explain to the public, voters, students, & their families that we are facing an existential crisis because of the GOP’s illegal federal funding cuts.

The kids these days will hardly believe it, but a mere two years ago, the mental & physical (lack of) acuity of Elderly Presidents was the Great Issue of Our Time. Someone should tell Jake Tapper & Alex Thompson, so they can write a book on it.

I ask again today, because I just saw one of the country’s leading economic journalists just describe 29K jobs last month & rising unemployment as “not catastrophic,” & I’m sorry, but that simply is not the way we talked about job growth 5-10x as strong, for ~an entire presidency, under Joe Biden.

Wages of unionized workers are 13% higher than their nonunion counterparts. But unions also set a higher pay standard that all workers enjoy. In high-union-density states, median household income is $12,000 higher than in low-union-density states. This is why unions are vital.

Why does the New York Times keep calling the left ‘divisive’?
The newspaper often uses the word to describe elections with progressive contenders, implying a previous whole destroyed by the left
