The Paradox of Tolerance disappears if you look at tolerance, NOT as a moral standard, but as a social contract. If someone does not abide by the terms of the contract, they are not covered by it. In other words, the intolerant aren't deserving of your tolerance.

The Biden pardon can be both wrong & right. I hate the precedent, but I recognize it as an act of fatherly love. However, don’t ignore the fact that Biden has, by all accounts used the power of the presidency for his & his family’s benefit, precisely once in 4 yrs. P45 wont get through day one.

The Colorado courts, after a week-long trial at which Trump had every opportunity to present witnesses and to cross-examine his challengers, rendered that verdict. And SCOTUS merely held that a state can’t remove a candidate from its primary on that basis, not that the verdict was flawed in any way.
