Very happy to share our new paper in Nature Communications. We used a human isogenic iPSC-derived neural crest model to reconstruct NF1-associated tumour progression and study how successive genetic alterations reshape cell identity in this rare disease. #NF1 #MPNST #genomics @natcomms.nature.com
