Usually you just download a .csv or similar file with the passwords in plain text and upload it to the new password manager (then delete the .csv of course). I have spreadsheets with collected data over the duration of the video and now I can scrub through the video and the data at the same time, snapshot both at once, etc. It has saved me dozens of hours at work this year.
