Surely there has to be a criminal investigation into Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust? www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... Just "lost" 215,000 maternity records, incidentally after a damning investigation into maternity care at the trust. Random coincidence I'm sure

Ordering a sofa is so stupid. Nobody seems to take the old one away at the time of delivery, so you just have to store multiple sofas in your house for a bit. Thankfully most normal houses are large enough for such things. Why can't companies just be good at stuff?

Just seen an advert for esure, apparently they've chosen to stick with the "calm down dear" thing. It was trash when they had Michael winner doing it. It's trash now they have Lorraine Kelly (playing Lorraine Kelly, or as actual Lorraine Kelly? Only the tax department know) doing it

I love that google are selling the strong points of AI on their pixel saying that it can flash a different coloured light if someone specific contacts you. I mean, phones could do that 20 years ago. But, sure

Pay very careful attention to the difference between the press's reaction to this and the actions of groups like XR and JSO, which also disrupted traffic sometimes.

I'm not an expert in anything, but doesn't "letting people out of prison early because the prisons are a bit full" imply that the original sentences were too harsh?

I'm only 10 minutes in, but Chase & Status at Reading are pretty shit. No real stage presence, shout in to the mic so it's distorted because that's somehow better. Shout over each other. They seemed ok 15 years ago 🤷‍♂️

People in England and Wales will get an emergency alert on their phones from 7pm today to warn them of the wildfire risk.

The government said it would "warn people not to light anything that could spark a fire, including barbecues, campfires, and fireworks.

"Recipients will also be urged to report any fire immediately by calling 999."

It will be sent on a "rolling basis from approximately 19:00".

Not to be some wild-eyed innocent, but I think it should be slightly bigger news that The Lancet have crunched the numbers and found that Musk's USAID cuts will kill 14 million people. And that's just by 2030. That's 9,600 people a day, every day, until the next world cup rolls around.
