J’ai vécu avec de l’anxiété à 9/10 pendant 3 semaines dont 2 crises d’angoisse. T’as l’impression que tu vas crever mais tu crèves pas. Maintenant que c’est derrière moi (ça fait 1 semaine lol) je comprends les gens sous Xanax vraiment pardon population
