Just like a person is not their kids, or their job, they are also not their crime. People can be rehabilitated, but our current system is just about punishment. It continues even after they leave. Given anger management education and job skills training, recidivism will drop to zero.

If you’re curious to try riding in more seasons beyond summer, I *highly* recommend starting to test rainy rides NOW in the fall (or when temps are still in the 50s/60s) before taking on the barely-above-freezing-rain of early winter/spring.
