Being curious about the contours of ethical bankruptcy is still ethical bankruptcy. Having a rigorous debate over say whether women deserve equal rights doesn't make you smart. It makes you an asshole who thinks such matters are actually debatable.

When I got hired, I got called by someone in a different country, and they said, “You’re hired.” And I’m like, “I didn’t even get an interview.” There’s no interview process. 
They hire 40 people at a time and then they go through this arduous orientation that’s extremely mind-numbing. It’s three different orientations at once because you need to get onboarded to Transdev, Google, and Waymo. So it’s insanely convoluted.
