The times the note is wrong are easy enough to fix/rewrite if your doctor pays attention. 000
Basim @basima.bsky.social · 19/05/2026I hate AI, but AI scribes have helped me. Refusing is fine, it means I have to type while talking to be efficient and feel more distant in the conversation. Proofing/editing is required to make notes usable. No excuse for not proofing. In an ideal world we have more docs so this is less of a problem 100

The consoles are usually across the room so hopefully he also didn't touch anything near the patient. Feels incredibly unnecessary for futzing with the console while a patient is in the room still. 000

Earlier this year I tested like 8 different distros and each one just worked seemlessly with reasonable defaults. I now have OpenSUSE Tumbleweed set up (in part because of the geeko). CachyOS was the runner up. 000

Theoretically SlowFE or liquid iron might have less side effects. Iron usually drops pretty slowly once you do get levels up but it depends why it's low. 000
