Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 11/10/2026The new Hellraiser: Revival video game is bloody, gruesome, creepy, twisted and pretty full on BDSM from the get go. And it is excellent. It’s spot on for the franchise, and just works. Now, if I can only get past the Chatterer… 020

Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 01/10/2026I was gutted when 1e stopped due to this as the books produced by the C7 team & you were just so nice. You’ve every right to be annoyed. 000

Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 01/10/2026I ran my #RPG 1st session of #CallofCthulhu: The Laundry last night, 1st game I’ve ran since before COVID. Was really nervous, 4 players enjoyed it enough to agree to a 2nd session! Enjoyed getting back behind the screen - thanks to @cstross.bsky.social for creating a great sandbox to play in! 150
Reposted by Art.Geordie @geordiecalgar.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Right you beautiful nerds, a very good friend of mine has just joined Bluesky. He does some cool warhammer type things and is generally just an all-round good dude, so could you please drop @ghostofdorn.bsky.social a follow and get him settled in nicely like the bunch of adorable rogues you are? 2236
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 21/09/2026I’ll drive, you tip. Either that or we go work the shelves at Asda? 000
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Until this farce with Discworld neither had I. But they’ve created a right mess of their own making on this. It’s a shame, I was so looking forward to it as it’s one of my favourite series. 020
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Maybe that’s why they choose KS to do their business - the protections are so much more lax than with ‘actual’ pre-orders for physical products? Derisks their cashbook i guess? 110
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 21/09/2026For Modiphious, It’s been nearly as bad as the experience I had with Mongoose and the Paranoia! RPG fiasco. Poor comms, broken promises, I won’t say ‘lies’, but incredibly bad decisions leading to QA cockups they’ve tried to pass off as ‘mistakes’ once delivery started. Just taking backers for mugs. 120
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 21/09/2026So Mongoose, Palladium, Steamforged, CMON (I know are defunct but still) and now Modiphius - all companies I’ll never back nor purchase goods from again. 110

Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 14/09/2026I’ve kept my tongue on the Discworld RPG Kickstarter, but after today’s update, I have to say, I think you need to think about how Modiphius are burning goodwill in the Discworld IP, @rhi.bsky.social - a LOT of very upset fans with how they’re handling what’s turning into a fiasco. 120
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 13/09/2026First bit of painting I’ve finished in a while. The red came out darker than intended, but I’m still happy with the end result. And of course, a back banner was essential! #40k #warhammer #nerdlings 0668
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 12/09/2026I’ve spent the day revisiting Half-Life2 after digging out my Xbox copy of the Orange Box. And boy, even after 22 years, it’s still a better game than some of the stuff released today. 031

Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 01/09/2026More and more I’m feeling locked into things, rather than enjoying them. It brings me no joy anymore, I don’t feel part of a community at all and haven’t for a few years, and resentment is setting in. 110
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 01/09/2026It happens from time to time, but this time feels different. Think it’s come to the point I’ll be selling off all the minis, keeping my RPG books as I love reading them and be done with it. 110
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 01/09/2026In other news, I’m slowly finding I’m losing interest in my hobby. I’ve no motivation to paint wargame anymore. My painting output has reduced to very little, and even then it’s not as good as I used to do. 210
Art. @badsausage.bsky.social · 01/09/2026After the final 2 kickstarters I’ve pledged for are delivered, that’s me done with the idea. 2 large companies, both massively late, with little or no customer service focus. I’ll stick to supporting small companies who care from now on. 150
