I have an active dislike of the Elder Scrolls/Fallout 3+ Bethesda games. I always lose like 300 hours to them when I pick them up, and after I'm done I'm always like "did I actually have fun?" The only exception is Starfield, and mainly because it was jank in ways I found interesting.

My view on GM fiat is, like, comprehensive: - Pick a set of rules you'll get good mileage out of. - Try to make & note large adjustments beforehand. - In play, decide what needs resolving. - Don't fudge, just don't roll. - When doing resolution in an off-book way, say so and how. - Own your shit.
