Misha Collins at JIB 16 in Rome, April 2026. #MishaCollins #JusInBello #JIB16 #Supernatural #SPN

Misha is sitting on a chair on stage, facing the crowd to the left of the camera. He is holding his microphone up chin high with both of his hands. He is mid speaking with all teeth showing and looking with big eyes down right. A bit of a scary face.

Misha is wearing grey jeans, a black t-shirt with a white Storm Trooper helmet on it and a black zip-up hoodie with sleeves rolled up.

Today's unedited #WIPsnips comes from The Curse of a Stolen God I'm starting to learn from these WIP snips that I don't make my female characters have the easiest time when it comes to learning their role 🙈 #booksky #writingprompts #writesky

Chidi knew her role here was to create and guard Hell as one of its rulers, that, after all, is why she became. But more called to her than she would dare accept as truth in her heart. She yearned for life, for it to grow from the soil, swim in the waters and walk across the land. Something must be wrong, she thought; she was here to bring balance and vindication toward the humans who were destroying the overworld. She knew she had to bury these other feelings and focus on her duty, her fate and Felix. Who was she to argue against predetermination? To reject the glory of her position? She knew it couldn’t be; it must be residual observations from her time in the aethersphere. Create, Rule, Judge and Revive. Those were her commandments. That was her duty.

From "Unifier: The Seven Labors of the White-Haired Woman" #WIPSnips #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts

“You’re coming back?!”
“Yes.”
“And you’ll be the queen again?”
“Yes. I thought that was implied.”
Neva threw her arms around the elder woman.
“Oh, my God. No, it wasn’t implied. At all.”
“Well, it’s still going to be a lot of responsibility.”
“Okay.” Neva released her hold and flopped back onto the mattress. “But maybe lead with the long version next time.”
“I’ll take it under advisement.” Val also sat. “But, you’ll do fine. I wasn’t much older than you are when I became queen.”
“But you were older. And you had, you know, training and stuff.”
“Military training doesn’t prepare you to be queen. Trust me, it… really doesn’t. You’ll be fine. I believe in you. And you won’t be alone. Jenneca is still your Guardian, and Talla’s here as the queen regent. She doesn’t technically have any power, but a certain level of respect is afforded to her based on that position alone. Past queen regents have tended to take authority based on sheer force of will, and it’s not like Talla’s short in that department. Like the last… like my mom.”
“Oh. Yeah. I forgot… what happened to her, again?”
“Uh…” Val’s lips pulled back and her teeth clenched. “Are you familiar with the term ‘mercy killing’?”
Neva gripped the sides of her hair as her head dropped down between her knees. “Oh, my God. Lead with the long version!”

I was shocked that I didn't have today's #WIPSnips word! I subbed in "protective" & grabbed this moment after Paige & Leo's 2nd escape. #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts #BookSky

A dark image with white text that reads:

The flight to the east side of Philadelphia only took ten seconds at most, but even with Leo curled around Paige's head, using his body to warm her, she was bitterly cold without her coat. He set her down in front of the pretty marble building, his bare chest incongruous among the thickly-coated pedestrians on the sidewalk.
Paige rubbed her arms furiously as he considered the doors. She could hear a light hum, which grew louder as they approached the glass doors of the lobby.
"They've charged the entrance," he said. "You have to go in alone."
Paige raised her eyebrows as she stomped her feet for warmth. "Why me?"
"They’ve set up a protective barrier. It'll just be a light tingle for you, but it'll act like a taser for me. Besides." He put a hand on his hip and looked her over, pursing his lips slightly. "You really should go get warm. I'm not hot enough to suffice."
I might challenge you on that one, brat.

- From NO SKY LIKE MIDNIGHT, by Nora Shear

There are star decorations in every corner, and a meteor decoration above the text.

A story in 3 panels 🤣

Cat has sat in dog bed with dog. Dog is clearly upset about this.

Cat has successfully kicked dog out of bed and has it all to herself

Dog is now forlornly spilling out of a smaller bed I brought him nearby, while cat has a wash. 😜

#fantasy #WritingCommunity #WriteSky #WIPSnips #delay -> postpone The brothers are about to hear Virgil and Cerel’s cockamamie plan. POV Drisal - Brother’s Keeper, my fantasy WIP about two brothers bound by a misunderstood power

Rushak watched him a moment. "How does
the homelonging with you?"

The cave was whirling. Yes. The vertigo.
None of this had helped it, certainly. Nor had it helped him help his brother. He had no answer.

Rushak began to shudder and wheeze. Drisal
gasped with alarm. Then he realized his brother was laughing. "Never mind," he gasped. "This whole argument presupposes we are going to get out of here alive. Perhaps... we should POSTPONE it."

"We are going to get out of here alive," Virgil
said, coming to join them. "But we have to work together." Drisal said nothing. "Now, the Kudrum will return tomorrow sometime, if they behave as their signals told Weatherlin. Cerel heard one of them say they want you." He nodded at Rushak. "So we've devised a plan. It will be dangerous, but we want

#SundaySnips (sorry, sad again😭) “Maybe.” Lawcket's shoulders gave a tiny shrug, his gaze falling to the ground. “I can't lie to you. I hope they won't want to kill me after I turn myself in and bring their horses back. But what matters most is to keep you guys out of what I've done.”

“And you're going to be killed?” Aisferk said, his voice coming out even, though he felt like his heart had stopped beating.
“Maybe.” Lawcket's shoulders gave a tiny shrug, his gaze falling to the ground. “I can't lie to you. I hope they won't want to kill me after I turn myself in and bring their horses back. But what matters most is to keep you guys out of what I've done.”
“You know it will hurt your mother what happens to you. You know this will break her heart,” Aisferk pleaded.
“Then please– go home and comfort her. Tell Mom that her happiness is my happiness, even if I'm dead, or a slave. I want my little sibling to get to be happy.” Lawcket bit his swollen lip, heavy tears stinging his dry eyes.
“I understand, but couldn't you come home and never show your face again?”
“And take the risk that they find us looking for me? You know how much that would frighten Mom. My best chance might be hoping they release me for turning myself in, since I never did anything other than offer my money and protect myself.
“Go back to Mom. She's worried she'll never see you again, and I don't want you seen with me.”
