Despite personally knowing someone killed on Oct 7th I went to a Palestine solidarity rally the next day. Not bc I wasn’t grieving but bc I knew from past Israeli wars how the IDF wld respond: to add to the 100 yr death toll countless, uncounted, uncountable Palestinian lives 1/2

In the presidential immunity case, the court considered a hypothetical of a president ordering Navy Seals to assassinate an American political rival. Trump's lawyer argued unambiguously yes, since it'd be an "official act." The Roberts Court ruled in his favor, 6-3. Why wouldn't Trump believe this?

“Vandalize the demographics of America” is either a chilling phrase suggesting that Mullin is a white nationalist or an absurdly meaningless bit of pablum which ignores 250 years of the constantly shifting demographics of a nation of immigrants.

Underneath is a picture of Mullin with a quote "How do you turn a country from democracy to socialism? You have to change the demographics."

MASSIVE TRIGGER WARNING: Sexual assault She heard him mumble something like, "-ic bitch, not a very good fuck," which her mind filled in as "Democratic bitch," she recalled. Men have no idea how angry we are. I hope she’s elected in a landslide. 👇
It was just after 2 a.m. on a pitch-black Friday morning when Bernadette Greene-Placentia's life changed. The Democratic candidate for
Congressional District 8 strolled across a parking lot to repair a damaged campaign sign. It was a routine she'd followed all summer. This time, she only made it a few yards.
An attacker smashed her over the head. She blacked out. She woke up to find a strange man on top of her.Greene-Placentia struggled to open her eyes. She felt a sharp pain below her waist. The attacker was pulling his penis out of her.
She heard him mumble something like,
"-ic bitch, not a very good fuck," which her mind filled in as "Democratic bitch," she recalled. She wasn't sure that was exactly what he said. She believes she could have suffered a concussion during the altercation, which would have been her third one, although she didn't seek medical attention. "I just wanted to forget it," she said. Her body was covered with bruises from the assault, including dime-sized ones from fingers and more on the back of her arms and above her butt. When Placentia called, she was in the bath multiple times and was "being nauseous on the phone," he said.
According to the police report, Greene-Placentia vaginally bled for three days after the assault.
