Kharkiv was hit by TEN Banderol missiles this evening. 11 people have been injured, but rescuers still believe 3 people are under the rubble. A 4-storey apartment block was hit in Kholodnohirsky district while in Shevchenkivskyi raion, a 5-floor apartment block was hit.

Overnight Russian strikes hit Kyiv bridges again. Pivdennyi Bridge is fully closed both ways, and Metro Bridge is down to one lane left to right. Paton Bridge has reopened both ways, but access to the left bank is still restricted, leaving Kyiv traffic largely paralyzed and running off schedule.

The Russian government has allocated 17.954 billion rubles in the 2027-2029 budget for the implementation of the national project "New Health-Saving Technologies," the goals of which include the development of innovative drugs, biomedical technologies, and longevity-extending technologies.

The project, which The Wall Street Journal reports is linked to efforts to prolong the life of 73-year-old Vladimir Putin, will be one of the few state medical projects protected from funding cuts.

The cage itself is placed on a tiny spot of fake turf, and then surrounded by another chainlink fence with razor wire on top. The cage is covered by a roof, but it's entirely exposed to the outside otherwise, meaning mosquitos and no air conditioning.
