If you (or anyone else maybe reading this) ever try it, ease into it and experiment with dishes and learn what quick and easy meals you'd want. The toughest thing was some nights after work not having ingredients ready, and having to settle for mac and cheese or a loaded up salad.

I cut out beef a long time ago which led to a noticeable health and fitness change for the better, and been full vegetarian for 3 months now. It's been fun learning to make new dishes and the Beyond "meats" have been a great alternative.
