Honestly, I feel like the best thing I did lately for my mental health was to drift away from my social medias. I barely look here anymore, just a few minutes of Insta/TikTok here and there, and that's all.
And god it's refreshing. No more FOMO, no more unsolicited opinions spat in my face.
