When he gives himself permission to be the needy one. 💜💚 Another couple's gpose made from scratch!! I really like how it came out 🫶 #gposers #wolkoana #mihko

A romantic gpose of Mihra and Koana. Koana is wearing his usual black pants and a white button-up shirt, Mihra is wearing a loose long-sleeve shirt and over-the-knee black socks. Koana is kneeling between Mihra's legs and has her pinned between his body and the pillows behind her that stand against the bedrest. One of Mihra's hands cradles the back of his neck, while the other rests on a book now closed because Koana has claimed her attention.

The same gpose but from a slightly different perspective.

The same gpose from the opposite side. Mihra has her tail wrapped around Koana's right wrist.

A close perspective of their lips coming together into a kiss.

OH OKAY IT'S BETTER THAN IT SOUNDS (Nidhogg eats Kiah'a's arm at the final battle - Kiah'a kind of has a grudge against Estinien for a bit because Estinien got possessed by the eyes. He *knows* it's not logical, but it isn't helped by Estinien being elusive as fuck for ages after)

An Impossible Dream, Wol/Hien, WIP 3/6 Hien meets his in-laws. Interlude: Tea is up!

"Fullglad am I to taste real Doman tea again. Limsa Lominsa had imports, but 'tis not the same," Ayako commented. She had a delicate grip on her cup. "We never could have imagined that our little boy would grow up to be one of the heroes who liberated our home." Her tone was warm, but Hien didn't like the way she looked at Fafnir. As if they were a stranger, not her flesh and blood.

"I am glad to make you proud," Fafnir said flatly, and Hien thanked his political experience to stay his expression. Fafnir was a poor liar. They continued with no change to their cadence. "My father always told me stories of Doma. Of her beautiful shores and rolling hills, and the strength of its people." Their words were tinged with bitterness.

Hien knew that things were complicated with Fafnir's parents. He had the suspicion that he was only aware of half of it.

Today's Museum Monday feature is The Dragonsong War Museum! A walk-through of Ishgard's thousand-year Dragonsong War, inspired by the Heavensward MSQ, side and levequests, and the Encyclopedia Eorzea. Revisit your favorite moments or discover something new! #FFXIV #MuseumMonday

At the center of the expansive great hall on a regal blue rug stands the Lord Commander's armor along with those of four Temple Knights. Behind them is Dragoon armor orbited by a floating red "eye" and flanked by scenes from Foundation. To the left is an exhibit featuring wings and white robes evoking Shiva and Hraesvelgr.

At the center of the image is a large, carved desk and chair on a bearskin rug. On the walls surrounding it are mannequins, portraits, and dioramas depicting vignettes of the events leading up to the end of the Dragonsong War.

At the back right of the room is a tremendously large round table surrounded by chairs. Scattered across the walls behind it are lamps and Heavensward-related posters. To the left, a chair sits before a warm fireplace. At the front edge of the picture are tables and chairs lit with crystals and candles. Nearby is an Elezen standing next to shelves and a till.

I compiled a list of my best/personal faves from ffxiv write! If you only have the chance to read a few, or don't want to trudge through the entire list, I'd ask you to check these out! (Links in thread) #ffxivwrite #ffxivwrite2026

Kiah'a, a Keeper mooncat, stands on the left while Fafnir, a Raen Au Ra, sits on the right. The text "Xiao's FFXIV Write" is in white text in a mostly transparent purple box in the center with "HIGHLIGHTS" stamped over the bottom of the box in bright yellow.

2 — Register. Pre-ARR, ~1,000 words.

Coeurlclaw angst abounds in this one as we learn what happens when someone gives birth to a boy. Featuring an entire cast of Keeper OCs. There will be a quiz.

CW: Implied infanticide, implied abuse (physical and emotional), discussion of a dead infant, brief suicidal ideation.

5 — Preservation. Post-game, ~1,300 words.

Written in the style of a report detailing artifacts found in the Swallow's Compass long after Fafnir has passed. One of my favorite styles for a piece of fiction, and where I at one point had five different tabs up researching for this.

Mentions of Hien/Fafnir and Haurchefant/Fafnir.

8 — Strain. Pre-ARR, ~1,700 words.

Have you ever wanted an insight into Fafnir's life back in Doma? Now you can read at least 1.7k about it! But really, getting to write a some small fishing village dynamics and innocent toddler Fafnir was great.

CW: Brief description of a child almost drowning (the child is completely fine).

18 — Reason. 7.0, ~950 words.

Consider this a 'missing scene' for Kiah'a's MSQ. I just think we should have been allowed to talk to Koana after his father died and had an actual conversation about it. Koana/Kiah'a.

21 — Better Late Than Never. 7.0+, ~2,800 words.

My longest entry, but by god did I pop off on this one. Sometime after the Coeurlclaw aunties move to Gridania, Kiah'a comes to visit his mother and little sister. Sunny is less than impressed with him.

CW: God's most uncomfortable family interactions.

22 — Train. 1870s AU, ~1,700 words.

Funny how both my Koana fics made it onto this list, but I had a ton of fun with this one and have to blab about it. The 'Wild West' period is one of my favorites in US history and it fits Koana so well. He gets to be stationmaster while Kiah'a (and the Scions) are bounty hunters. Just read it for me.

Koana/Kiah'a.

23 — Egress. 4.0+, ~1,800 words.

I've wanted to write more Haurchefant lives AU and I finally was struck with inspiration here. Haurchefant muses on Camp Dragonhead as he prepares to join Fafnir on his adventures.

Haurchefant/Fafnir.

24 — Drift. Pacific Rim AU, ~1,600 words. NSFW.

It's a Pacific Rim AU, what else do you need? (Fafnir and Haurchefant fight a kaiju and have a good time afterwards).

Haurchefant/Fafnir.
