Taonius squids are your classic cranchiid (family Cranchiidae). Cranchiids are often transparent so they are often called glass squids. They also often have their arms up like a funky hairdo, so they are often called peacock squids. I just love how weird and funky they look. #SQUIDtember

A Taonius sp. swimming in the ocean. Its body is transparent, except for its digestive gland, which is a long thin red organ, and eyes which are reddish. Its tentacles are translucent with orange tips.

Its mantle is filled with ink that it is slowly releasing from its siphon, so it is looks like someone exhaling smoke or a vape.

You can still see inside through the gaps of the chromatophores, and its organs are transparent and translucent, with one light orange opaque organ (its digestive gland). The opaque orange is vertical. The squids head and arms are opaque and a deep reddish orange. Its arms are going up and going the right , and they are held together, so they look like a funky hairdo, especially with the lighter colour closer to the tips. It has round eyes with some banana shaped photophores on the bottom of the eye (opening facing up). It has a melancholy look its eyes. On the from of its head it has a lighter coloured area at the bottom (I think its a photophore) which makes it look like it has its mouth on the front, giving an awkward expression. Its mouth its actually in the middle of its arms. Its siphon is below its head.

A crimson breasted shrike painted with acrylic markers onto an old vinyl. As expected their breast and lower body are brilliant red, while their wings, back, head, and tail are all a glossy black which I have portrayed with shades of purple, grey, and blue. The wings have a straight white line running down its entire length. Some individuals seem to have black tufts on their legs which I included since I think it's cute. Their beak and legs are grey colored.

Fanart of Oberon, a mushroom dragon character owned by someone who's in one of the discord servers I'm in. (They asked to remain unnamed) While there's no intestines visible as this character is a plant, I have marked it as graphic as their chest cavity is blown open.

Lineart of a dragon with tattered segmented wings laying on its back with its chest cavity blown open. It's resting against the edge of a crater with various mushrooms, some mold, and the fruiting bodies of a type of slime mold surrounding it.

The same picture but colored, the dragon is primarily grey with red accents on its tail and stomach/ neck. The fungi behind them are based on many different types such as the orange pore fungus, bloody tooth, stinkhorns, turkey tail, and snow fungus. The mold is just common blue mold, and the slime mold fruiting bodies are based on the chocolate tube slime mold.

Shitty bird drawing I threw together to test these "water soluble oil sticks" out. I've never seen this medium before, they're similar to oil pastels but not as creamy. Don't know if I used them correctly because I have never seen anyone else make stuff with whatever these are.
