It still feels weird seeing the public holiday being called the king's birthday

I hc that south sea keepers tend to be notably shorter than their forest dwelling cousins, but even then Miah is particularly short. At 4'5" she's very much the runt of the litter.

just updating, no movement on the $265 CAD I would need to fix my tooth or pay my last immigration fee without going into overdraft territory I know everyone is struggling so I hate asking, and we've asked for help so many times too, but even the smallest amount would help hugely right now

Witch of the woods~ #GPOSERS #BizzyXIV

A vertical shot of Bizzy, a white haired Xaela, with long hair hanging down her back and blowing in the wind. She stands up on the ledge at the Phantom Village, overlooking the town.
She looks to her left at the camera above her as she laughs, holding her staff, which is the unglowing final stage of the Black Mage Dawntrail relic.
She wears a low cut, matoon top, with black waist-high shorts and black sleeves.
She is wearing purple shades that have leylines etched into the frames.

Whenever I make one of these booksmart nerdy characters in a modern/contemporary setting game I always give them this one really bad pun of a name

1110

Pie (7.56) @mooncatenjoyer.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I always like making "all brains, no brawn" type characters in games, and whenever the game also has a companion who is brawny I often feel like they were made for my character. I love heavily contrasting character traits.

I like the way that a single leitmotif that hits just right in a soundtrack can elevate a game to a whole 'nother level for me. Anyway Fortune's Weave's motif immediately grabbed me when I heard it in the trailer months ago, and it continues to leave a lasting impression in the game. Big fan.

I think part of the reason I've been wanting to do a MSQ replay is because lately I feel I've missed the more grounded world building of the earlier expacs, before it was all larger than life, other worldly narratives all the time. If only I could settle on making an alt I like for it.
