I have serious reservations about his Humanise book, it is just a puff piece with no real substance IMO. However, I feel it is a combination of the Biennale not being sensitive about world event and poor judgement from Heatherwick. I wouldn't have host an event there.

Agreed. And what they are doing so far is similar to the Johnson era. Make outrages claims, do outrages things to swamp the media, so they get all the attentions. But as with Brexit and culture war, reality will set in at some point and people get sick of them when things are not working.
