Adolfo Poma @apoma.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Your system 3.3M CG beads scaled well ins how many CPU cores. We have a system with 33M particles which scales in our HPC (6 nodes 192 cores = 1152 CPU cores) and does an output of ~300ns/day. Any comment on our efficiency will help me to go even forward. 000
Adolfo Poma @apoma.bsky.social · 01/09/2026Hi Chelsea, cool simulations! i wonder about the size of the whole system. How many CG beads were used and also the simulation time scale of those membrane fluctuations? If I can’t be more curious, how good your system scaled in GPU/CPU? So which one you would recommend for large scale applications 210

Adolfo Poma @apoma.bsky.social · 29/11/2025Well, making the whole AI diagnosis into several smaller processes, each one functioning as a control step, seems more trustworthy at least to human specialists. And yes, medical doctors can be trained to interpret each AI stage and still rely on the final AI and doctor diagnosis. 020
Adolfo Poma @apoma.bsky.social · 27/11/2025Beautiful dynamic matching of protein complexes and their interfaces. I wonder if having a more flexible model for proteins that enables some conformational changes like GōMartini 3 can enable to see other bindings events. Safe to say that EN is the first approach for such binding processes. 010
