Speaking as an ER doc, I'd happily see you for this. Most days we could have you in and out in 2 and a half hours, maybe less (in the place I currently work - where I did residency it would be closer to 6-8 hours).

I was in that musical as an 8th grade kid, and "Shipoopi" has stuck in my head since then.
