I am an incredibly sex+ person - both in my personal belief system and in my approach to violence prevention work. I've literally taught consent in kink spaces. But we really gotta address the mainstreaming of "choking" because it's really dangerous & more & more often seen as "normal" by youth.

Got a new Dell Laptop at work & it comes with a COPILOT KEY next to the right Alt button. I thought OK, I can surely disable this key or remap it to Ctrl. Oh my friends, no. I was foolish. Searching for help came across this, Dell agents aren't even allowed to discuss remapping the copilot key.

The new keyboard layout using the Microsoft Copilot key are the standard going forward for all models released in
2024 and after.

Dell policy prohibits Dell support agents from discussing remapping the Microsoft Copilot key.

This Dell article states in blue =

Note: Beginning in spring 2024, new Windows 11 devices ship with a new keyboard layout and a dedicated key to launch
Microsoft Copilot in Windows. The key replaces the menu key next to the right Alt key. The key position can vary on
some regional layouts.

New cycling discovery: The new Komoot Apple Watch app (also on other smart watches) is really good for navigation and instructions. Miles better, faster, clearer, safer than Apple Maps / Google Maps. Good for planning and if you take a wrong turn it’ll show both routes in different colours.

London planning and excuses to continue to build car centric infrastructure are often based on the flawed PTAL metric. This metric says nothing about car-free connections, only the number of stops in your proximity. Two stops on the same line inflates the number. Walking/cycling not considered.
