Antoine Schirer a réussi là où la justice avait échoué. En une dizaine de jours, ce journaliste indépendant a réussi à déterminer quel gendarme avait plongé dans le coma Serge Duteuil-Graziani, à Sainte-Soline, le 25 mars 2023, par un tir tendu de grenade non autorisé. Après plus de deux années d’enquête, le procureur avait classé l’affaire sans suite en décembre 2025, estimant qu’aucune certitude ne pouvait se dégager.

Antoine Schirer n’a pas trouvé une nouvelle source. Il n’a pas recueilli d’aveux. Pas même dégoté un nouvel élément matériel. Comme il l’explique dans la vidéo-enquête qu’il a coréalisée avec Camille Polloni, Laura Wojcik et Ismaël Halissat (journaliste à Libération), il a réussi à faire parler les 150 heures d’images produites par les gendarmes, équipés de caméras-piétons ce jour-là.
