insurance update: we switched to an HMO for the rest of the year to help them mitigate costs, under the assurance that all of my current doctors and treatments would be covered, and guess who just found out that simply is not true 🤡

medical care in this country is so fucked that the cost of treatment for my crohn’s singularly made premiums for my husband’s entire company so much higher that the contracting agency is putting me on a completely separate plan next year and eating the cost just to lower everyone else’s premiums
