I've received my luggage tags for my first coach holiday. I still have to figure out what I'm actually taking. I haven't found most of the things I needed/wanted to buy so I don't have enough clothes even. I got headphones though so I can lalala my way through it.

My sister's cat was attacked by a dog last night and is missing. He was in his own front garden so probably won't go home. He's an old man, already on his last legs, bless him. My sister's assuming he's died, from the shock if nothing else. It's so sad. She just wants to find him, to bring him home.

I've been out today, haven't eaten properly, haven't drunk enough, have spent time with two children and a kitten so noise and chaos, and got up and went out in the morning which is almost unheard of for me, so a headache after all that is probably not really that surprising.

I may well be depressed after years of trying and failing to get help, becoming suicidal, being put in inappropriate environments, having professionals talk shit about me and make things worse, and still being no nearer to any actually helpful "help", but treating depression won't change all that.

I won't do those depression scales anymore that medical professionals use, because the answers assume the cause is depression while completely ignoring autism. I've heard "You have depression" too many times. I'm exhausted from life and can't get appropriate help, it's not the same thing.

I had a completely unexpected appointment today at the care home that might be offering me respite care. I got an email last night checking I was still OK to go when I knew nothing about it. Emails not being sent again, I think. I say might be offering because I've been here 2 or 3 times before.
