i had to look up a picture of makube real quick and was already in the browser so i just started a search for "makube yugioh" because that'd be faster and had to stop myself. brain where did yugioh come from. yugioh is not remotely comparable to hellsing.

the importance of potholders cannot be understated

screenshot of bread recipe. "Baking the bread:

Once you have the loaf shape in the center of your parchment, open your oven door and take the lid off the Dutch oven (USING POTHOLDERS of course).

Then, grab the sides of the parchment paper and transfer the loaf to the Dutch oven. Place the cover BACK ON (USING POTHOLDERS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD), and bake at 450 degrees for about 35 minutes."

[NSFW fancomic for Digimon Beyond (daiken as adults); links and preview pages aren't porn, but have nudity] Yahooooo, the thing I'd been working on for most of the year is out! "a crushing wave" is a R18+ doujinshi for the characters Daisuke and Ken from […] [Original post on mementomori.social]

Color picture, painted to imitate traditional watercolors and copics as best as I could. The scenery is the foreground of Ken swimming with Wormmon on his back, while Ken is looking back at us. The background from far away is Daisuke standing on rocks calling out to Ken, while Veemon is further away deeper into the forest, carrying what appears to be firewood.

Comic page. I am too tired to alt text it but basically Daisuke is complaining about last night's dalliances, asks Ken if he's going to make it up to him and then Ken says git gud at poker next time. Daisuke is very shocked and stunned and ends up muttering and blushing to himself.

Another comic page, still too tired to alt text. This one is just Ken holding onto Daisuke while Ken starts giving him a handjob.

Same reason as last time, too tired to alt text. It's just Ken and Daisuke commenting on what happened at this point in the story, before Ken rolls over on top of Daisuke and starts kissing him

[RITUALS (TW: broken bones, torture, severed head, gore)] 6) RITUALS (1977) - dear lord…I’ve seen my share of outdoors survival horror, but never one so sinister and bleak, which is saying a LOT! unlike those I’ve seen before, there is no paranormal […] [Original post on blorbo.social]

A screenshot from Rituals, showing five white, middle-aged men standing atop a ledge and smiling for a timed camera below them. They’re dressed for a weekend hiking retreat.

From left to right are Mitzi, Harry, Abel, Martin, and his brother D.J..

Another screenshot, this time of Mitzi wrapping his arms around the chest of Martin, who’s screaming in pain and clasping Mitzi’s shoulders from behind. Harry’s lifting Martin’s legs on the other end, one of which was broken by a bear trap hidden in the riverbed they were crossing.

Another screenshot, this time of an exhausted Harry and Mitzi finding a severely tortured D.J., tied to a chair and near death. The chair is up on a steep hill, an abandoned dam at its foot.

Another screenshot, this time showing the severed head of the already dead Abel, mounted on a pike for Harry and Mitzi to discover.

The head’s face is filthy and its hair frizzed. The eyes are closed and the mouth’s lip is jutting out slightly. There appears to be a folded piece of paper pinned over its forehead.

there is so much going on here

I think one of the funniest abortion stances I've heard was from my parents neighbor. He's a like, hard-core libertarian viking larper guy who is very tall and very fat and very bald.
He believes a fetus is human with a soul, but also its "basically attacking the woman's body" so if she wants to get rid of it, that's "basically self-defense".
He compared it to shooting a home invader. So he supports abortion not as healthcare, but as killing a baby in self-defense

Y'know I'm so glad someone reminded me of this. Because this was also discussed.
#that's so funny
#what does he think when someone wants to keep a baby
My stepmother did NOT like the way her Libertarian Viking Neighbor framed pregnancy as the fetus "attacking the woman". She incredulously told him this was extremely disrespectful to expectant mothers to portray pregnancy as so violent and negative.
Libertarian Viking Neighbor's response was that people consensually hurt each other all the time, and "there's like a whole community about that, with the acronym the one that starts with a B" And his reasoning was that if the mother was consenting to bring attacked by the baby, it in fact wasn't violent and negative because there was consent.

He brought up people consensually hurting each other, didn't go for one of the obvious answers like boxing or body mods or something, no he went STRAIGHT TO BDSM and he DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER THE ACRONYM

If he's a Viking larper and believes it's self defense against the attacking baby does that mean the baby gets to go to Valhalla if it's aborted
