I have a book coming out! When cowboy Kit Claybank is wronged by the sheriff's son, he seeks dark magic to enact revenge – but along the way he's forced to work with an enemy, and the magic has a higher price than either of them expect. books2read.com/servitor Out October 27th🤠
Servitor's Rest, Rem Wigmore. A figure on a horseback before a large statue and floating rocks, against a landscape of reds and browns.

Extremely wholesome start to the school holidays: "daisy" (actually snowdrop) chains tied to the bridge by the playground and streaming out in the wind.
Concrete road bridge over a small stream, with grass on the foregrounded bank. Long chains of flowers with stalks are tied to the railings and hanging from the bridge.

Reading a novel by an NZ author with a character called Luxton who is described as looking like a sprouting potato until he lost his hair, and now resembles a boiled egg, and I endorse this act of publishing pettiness.
