What is the IceCube neutrino observatory? Neutrinos are elusive particles that rarely interact, but can create flashes of light when they do. Most neutrino detectors are giant water tanks surrounded by light detectors. IceCube is kilometer-long strings of detectors embedded in the Antarctic ice.

As of today, the CDC has changed (reverted) their Covid guidance to make the vaccine recommended for all people over 18. In addition to being a smart public health move, this recommendation also means insurance must cover it. Read more here: www.cdc.gov/covid/hcp/va... Listen to a breakdown here:

It's too depressing and obnoxious to write about, but virtually all of the doomy/horny AI hyperventilating is transparently displaced anxiety about our fucked climate and political situation. Even rich idiots know it's bad and being permitted to get worse. They're trying to write their own ending.

Here's one small thing about this. His wife and his staff absolutely know his phone number and his address. I guarantee it. The "Offloading" is always on loaded to other people and AI is never going to change that for those people.

The fast-moving narratives around AI are head-spinning by design. Here's my take on what you need to know right now.

What Actually Matters About AI Right Now
A war almost began, not because a machine wanted something or “went rogue,” but because a machine was wrong, and human beings believed it.

Lots of acquaintances are falling deep for AI because it seems magical. Some of these people should understand the fundamentals of the math and statistics so that it should not seem like magic, yet… Look. AI is useful. At its best, AI is a tool. At worst, a parlor trick. It is not sentient.
