Incredible moment in the doc when Farage’s right-hand man Dan Jukes lists several foreign donors who’ve given money to the party via their kids. It’s not just one or two backers - it’s a huge conspiracy cooked up by the party to break the law. It’s bigger than we even thought

MPs ‘failing to learn lesson’ over freebies after accepting £400,000 of hospitality
Cost of tickets included £858 to a Harry Styles concert at Wembley; £1,839 to the Chelsea flower show and £3,432 of hospitality at the Brit Awards MPs have been accused of failing to learn their lesson over freebies after taking almost £400,000 of hospitality to concerts, sport matches and other events this year, with Louise Haigh, Lucy Powell and Wes Streeting among those accepting tickets. Despite the previous outcry in 2024 over Keir Starmer accepting football tickets and gifts of clothing, MPs appear to have been declaring hospitality since the start of the year on a greater scale than previously seen. Private Eye - WRITING WRONGS
How many things is it possible to get wrong in a single story? The Express recently managed the hat trick of date, location and subject, as a cringing apology published late last month made clear.
The article, on 29 March, purported to describe a video of a confrontation at an anti-far-right march that day in central London. It claimed there had been a “furious clash” between an LGBT activist and a Muslim woman, with the woman saying to the gay man: “We are Muslims and you disgust us. You don’t belong in our cause.”
Oops. As the paper admitted a month later: “We understand that the video was actually taken at a demonstration in 2023 in Quebec and that the altercation had not been translated into English correctly.”
Although the egregiously incorrect piece was pulled from the Express website after two days, by that point its contents had been widely shared on right-wing online forums.

This may be my favourite argument ever advanced by a politician:
Screenshot from The Guardian liveblog, which reads ‘In a separate interview on Sky News, Kyle said that he had dinner with Streeting at the weekend and they went to see a movie, The Devil Wears Prada 2, together. He said this showed Streeting was not plotting to oust Starmer.

“Somebody who is planning to pull the plug and launch a leadership bid in a couple of days’ time doesn’t go to the cinema with a friend.“‘
