This may be felony criminal theft and conversion of government property for political campaign purposes. 18 U.S.C. § 1641. It is a Hatch Act violation for any government employees who worked on it or used government resources to make it. It is blatantly unethical under numerous federal ethics provisions proscribing the use of government resources for political campaigns.

She enjoyed a long career in nursing working as a staff nurse at the Alexandria hospital and an oncology nurse before acquiring her master’s and teaching nursing students. Vickie enjoyed reading, writing, working puzzles, and listening to music.

Today, Sept 29th, is the birthday of Vickie O’Brien. She was shot and killed by her husband in a 2023 murder suicide in Sylvan Township, MN. Growing up surrounded by 3 brothers, Vickie spent a lot of time with her horse, Socko, and often shared ice cream cones from the local Dairy Queen with him.
